MSAA is killing fps in FC3 ( and any game ) for those with borderline hardware like op. I gained 20 fps by setting it off , AMD FX-6300 3.5 GhZ, Geforce gtx960. Ok, for some reason, no matter what settings I use, FPS will NOT go above 60 FPS. V-sync is off in Nvidia control panel and in game.
