Specs: 40-megapixel XTrans APS-C sensor, 15 fps with full AF, 4K/60fps video, dual SD cards ★ Alternatives: the X100V has a fixed 23-mm lens (35-mm equivalent in full-frame). The X100V is aFull frame (36mm by 24mm): The largest sensor size is called full frame, as it is the same as a frame of 35mm film. Full-frame sensors are almost twice as big as APS-C sensors. Hefty pro-level
You may find however, that the image circle on the APS-C lens doesn't leave as much black in the corners as you might think. If I put an A-mount kit zoom on my full-frame, I get the whole screen illuminated from about 35mm up.In Cinemode it will crop to a 1.23x crop factor of Super 35, when it detects any Leica lens that is not a known full-frame lens, or when any unrecognized lens is mounted on the camera, such as non-Global Vision lenses mounted on the MC-21 adapter, unless the sensor detects light at all sensels locations, so when you mount an old lens you should
Think about what APS-C mode is used for: it's used for lenses which project a smaller image circle. Those lenses are designed to illuminate an APS-C sensor which is half the size of a full frame sensor. In APS-C mode, on an A7R5 or any other full frame camera, only the APS-C part (inner part) of the sensor is used.
Diagonal fisheye: Possible on full-frame and APS-C. EOS R + EF8-15mm f/4L Fisheye USM @ 15mm. Regardless of whether you use an APS-C or full-frame camera, you still can get a dynamic effect with the diagonal fisheye effect, which appears from around 12mm full-frame equivalent on a fisheye lens. It’s not just about the unique distortion.- Усвθжυнሒቬу шеφежеցа
